Customer Service...

i ordered a pushchair over a week ago..it had still not arrived.so i phoned up and was told it has been lost in transit.i could not have another one because its sold out!...i was offered another pushchair(totally opposite coulour to which i ordered)i ordered pink and got offered kaki(i have a lil girl!!)i was then told i could have £5 took off the price.the pushchair i ordered was £35 delivered.you was offering me £5 off a pushchair which was £67..are you having a laugh!...i didnt even get an appology.

    Hi Leanne,

    It was myself that your Mum spoke to and I am not sure that all of the options have been relayed back to you.

    I of course apologised for the inconvenience this has caused you, however parcels being lost in transit is something thast is really out of our control.

    I offered either the Atlas Circles in Khaki or Black at the same price to what you originally paid meaning there would be a discount.As you have a little girl you asked for a discount on the Pink Scribbles as this is a newer colour I was unable to offer the same discount for you but still offered to come down on the price as you asked.

    After consideration you decided to take a refund and purchase else where and it was explained to your Mum that the refund would be issued back to your Paypal account within 24-48 hours.

    As explained we have tried to resolve the error for you the best we can with multiple replacements and aplolgised for the delay that was out of our control.

    I hope this clears up the discussion that was had.
