one thing i dont like about the site is that when you put something in the shopping basket and then try to go back to the list of items you were looking at you can only get there by clicking the back button on the browser, this also empties the basket of whatever you last put in it. I'm afraid to say that after 5 mins of trying to get back to the list I was looking at and repeatedly filling and emptying the basket I got my items from elsewhere!

Hi Rosie,

Just been looking into your issue a little further.

I am struggling to replicate the problem you are having.

I have added a product to my basket, then, just above the little thumbnail picture, I am pressing "Continue Shopping". This take's me back to the product I was looking at.

If I press back 3 times to look at the page before the product, it says there is nothing in the basket, however, when you proceed to a new screen, your basket is updated.

Let me know where the issue occurs and I will look at this in more detail.

Hi

I have exactly the same problem as Rosie. After putting an item in the shopping basket and clicking continue shopping it takes you back to the the product page as you say but then will not let you go back to the product list e.g tins and jars. Upshot is you are browsing for baby food, buy one £1.50 item and then have to go all the way back to the front page and go in again to buy another. Essentially the toggles are not working properly where you see >everydayessentials> baby food>tins and jars, for example you cannot click on these options they are greyed out.

Try buying something from a list and getting back to that list again, therein is the problem.

Other than that fab service and website!

yup, lyndsay has hit the nail on the head, pretty much what i was trying to say but couldn't word it well enough. Maybe you could put another click box on the basket page next to continue shopping saying back to listed items prehaps? this would make it so much easier to get back to what you were looking at rather than having to go through the whole menu system again.

p.s. I'm impressed that you have got back to us so quickly!!! I will be highly recommending your website to all my mummy friends
