You've just sent me an email about the Just4Bums nappy range, and it's obviously a new product and a new idea. Probably many mums, like me, have tried the various different types of nappy and have found the one that suits our baby (in my case it's Pampers). We'd be reluctant to purchase 180 nappies without trying them first, so it's a shame that these don't come in a smaller pack size.
How about offering a free sample? One nappy per customer/request? Then we can judge for ourselves and you might win over some otherwise-reluctant customers.

Buying a month’s supply of nappies might seem like a lot of nappies, especially if your little one is close to moving up a size. That is why we are excited to announce that with just4bums you can return any unopened bags for a refund.
Within each just4bums box there are 3 white packs and as long as these are unopened you can return 1,2 or all 3 back to us for your money back.
To use the takeback service follow these simple steps;
1. Please package your just4bums white bag(s) in a box or courier bag.
2. Make sure you include your original order number on a piece of paper within the bag/box so we can process your refund.
3. Post the bag/box to Kiddicare.com, Club Way, Hampton, Peterborough, PE7 8JA
Once we receive your return, we will refund you £8.33 (per white bag) back to the card or payment method you placed your order with.
It is really important that you include your original order number otherwise we are unable to process any refund. The bags must be unopened and undamaged when the reach us, so please package them adequately.

JUst to say the take back service is excellent and i love the idea of it, but if you open the white pack (of my 240 i am assuming one white pack is 60nappies?) and your baby doesnt like the nappies, you are then stuck with 59nappies your baby doesnt like. I also posted an idea today about a sample pack as i think it is something a lot of mums would try and then discover they are excellent nappies and buy more. We are on size 2 now x -
