There are several reasons why an order maybe cancelled after placement.
We will not be able to provide specific details about specific orders for Data Protection.
We can advise however, the most common cause is because information provided to us does not match what the bank hold for you.
We have strict fraud checks so billing and shipping information needs to be accurate to the details held on the card used.
Your Bank and Paypal can also cancel payments being made to us if there is a discrepancy in the data.
We, Kiddicare, reject payments and reverse them at the time of cancellation. It is then the banks/Paypals responsibility to forward the funds back to your account. It can take up to 3-5 days for monies to show back in your account. If you have not received your monies in this time, you will need to contact your bank/Paypal.
If an order is cancelled we are unable to reverse this process.
To place an order, you will need to reorder checking that all information provided is accurate and correct.
For verification purposes, we are unable to accept payment by Credit Card not registered in the UK or in countries we currently do not ship to.
