Official: When will I receive my pre order**?

If you have still not received part of your order, it is likely that it is on a pre order and has not yet been received in to us, please take a quick look at the item you purchased on our website. Just above the "multi-buy savings" you will see the expected date of arrival.

Your pre order item(s) will then be dispatched as soon as they have been delivered into our warehouse.

**A Pre-Order is an item/order that is not available for dispatch from our warehouse when ordering. You will have been advised of a future shipping date when ordering. These are subject to change. Any pre-order that has been dispatched will need to be returned at your own cost, as per the Terms and Conditions.
