Announcement: Extended Call Centre Opening Times

From Tuesday 1st November 2011, we will be opening up our phone lines for an extra 15 minutes at the end of the day to 17:15.

This is the start of an ongoing progression to open our Customer Service Centre longer to fit in more with our valued customers who simply don't have the time during the day to contact us and will be the basis of a new and improved Customer Service going forward.
