This is a little concerning, not usual practice for Kiddicare.com. I am sorry to hear you have had to wait in all day for you delivery, do you have an order number so i can look into this for you?

Hi, the order arrived ok but a day late.

Got email saying dispatched on 26th, nothing arrived 27th and then got an email on 28th with my 1 hour slot, arrived in its slot just appears to of got stuck somewhere for 24hours, order 4324191

The order did in fact arrive at your local depot on the 27th so i am very confused as to why they did not send this out.

My next order from Kiddicare and again its not arrived, the time slot was 12:56 -> 13:56 and i need to go out at 4pm
