Thanks for getting on touch. The ticket number is this #15057-36720. I have posted elsewhere today.

Basically I have been sending you guys emails but I get no replies. What will resolve this is:

For this ticket to be reopened as it is NOT resolved. I can resend the email about what I want to happen, but I do NOT want to send it to the usual enquiries email address as it is here where the problem lies.

Please help sort this out.

I have had a peek at the ticket and it seems like a bit of a nightmare.
