I’m confused

Any ideas when I will get my item delivered?

I ordered my kiddicare sweet dreams mattress on fri 27th august and was wondering when it would be delivered. I realise the bank holiday may have affected the dispatch date. I have tried inputting my order number into the tracking order option on the website and got a response saying no order matches that number. I have also checked on my account on the website and the status of the order is 'Inventory fulfilled' and I have no idea what that means!! Please help!

me to my says the same and does not track either tried phoning but shut no emails no update

Hi margaret.

I emailed enquiries@kiddicare.com with my order number and they replied to me saying it would be delivered on wednesday. Try emailing them!!
